Selected grapes are picked both by hand and mechanically at the end of August; wine-making is carried out with soft crushing and temperature-controlled fermentation at 14-18°C to develop fruity and floral aromas while keeping its classic fresh note. Ageing before bottling takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
