A fragant, fuity floral nose with gentle sparkle on the palate, this silky soft Charmat is made from the finest Pignoletto grapes from Romagna.Pignoletto grapes suitable for sparkling wine production are picked both by hand and mechanically from late August to early September. Wine-making is carried out with soft crushing, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature from 16-18°C to allow fruity and floral aromas to develop. Sparkling wine production occurs in autoclaves at controlled temperature and pressure, to obtain an appropriate perlage and the distinctive aromatic notes.
