Leonardo is the precursor of drinking responsibly. This means drinking high quality wine, during meals, and avoiding excesses. In fact, he writes in the Codex Atlanticus (page 213): "Wine is measured, little and often. Not outside of a meal, nor on an empty stomach”. We have transferred his teachings into this wine, the Leonardo Geniale, proposed in the 187.5 ml format for those who want to enjoy the pleasure of a good wine, perfumed and fragrant, in the right measure and with a practical package, ideal to accompany every meal.

Rosso d'Italia

Red wine according to Leonardo: the fragrances of the perfect grapes, a consistent taste, well-balanced and as universally pleasant as the fruit itself.

Bianco d'Italia

White wine according to Leonardo: the fragrances of the perfect grapes, a consistent taste, well-balanced and as universally pleasant as the fruit itself.

The purchase of wine was regularly noted by Leonardo in his shopping list, perhaps next to his incomparable multi-volumetric drawings and definitive marks.

As compensation for his supreme masterpiece, The Last Supper, on April 26, 1499 Leonardo received a gift from Ludovico il Moro: the ownership of a vineyard located a few steps from the church where he created the Last Supper. Leonardo's vineyard in Milan is in fact, as the crow flies, around 300 meters from the wall of the Santa Maria delle Grazie refectory, also painted by Leonardo.

It is thanks to his wine that Leonardo's greatest and most enlightening treasures are found: his humanity, his spirit, his soul, height, depth and sublime sensibility.
