Vinified with maceration on the skins for 15-20 days and frequent, delicate pumping-over. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 30-32 ° C. Aging in Slavonian oak barrels for at least 2 years.

The color is very intense purple red, almost impenetrable, it is clear with defined legs.

On the nose it presents itself strongly revealing the scent of blackberries, blackcurrants and cherries.

In the mouth the strength of alcohol is supported by soft tannins and a good acidity. It is enveloping and of long persistence.
